Qingy in Gutsy repos

I just noticed that Qingy is in the repositories for Gutsy, which is a good thing in my mind. I used it once or twice in Arch, and I know I found it somewhere online in a deb form, but this is much more convenient than scouring for a package or recompiling.

If you don’t know what Qingy is, it serves as a graphical login manager that works against the framebuffer. So you can work with a very lightweight login manager that still looks good. The Arch version has a very snazzy blue gradient login that I liked.

If you’re working with older machines and don’t want the hulking mess of GDM, but don’t want to log in at the terminal, Qingy might be a good idea for you.
