jumanji is a minimal keyboard-based web browser with vi-style navigation, it’s really configurable and light and fast
I’m a fan of both zathura and jumanji :D

It’s a bit more polished than apvlv, and faster to start up on my system at least.

I prefer it to apvlv because it seems to do a better job rendering some pdfs. It also has a nice arrangement of keyboard shortcuts.
