Updates for VICE 2.1

It seems the home page for VICE shifted, or perhaps it was always at http://vice-emu.sourceforge.net/ and I just overlooked it by relying on http://viceteam.org.

Either way, VICE has bumped to 2.1, and I’ve updated the years-old howto for compiling it under Ubuntu.

Edit: And yes, I did compile it.

Looks as lovely now as 25 years ago. ;)

    I don’t even remember how many joysticks I destroyed playing Daley Thompson’s Decathlon. Or how many hours I spent playing Elite. Not to speak about the hours I spent learning 6510 assembler…
