It looks like VICE was updated to version 2.0 yesterday; I’ll have to give it a spin tonight after work, and make sure it still behaves properly with Ubuntu, et al., and update my howto if necessary.
The changelog is quite impressive. I love the fact that there are still people so enthusiastic about 8-bit machines that they continue to develop emulation systems for 25-year-old hardware.
