is the 64bit port of arch ready for use (usable flash, java plugins)? – cos the last time (about 3 months ago) I tried it didn’t go so smooth…

I doubt it. The first thing I did was put Openbox on it. It’s a huge laptop by comparison to everything else I own; if I use anything other than Openbox, it’ll feel big, fat and slow.
