My OLPC machine is en route

My OLPC machine has arrived at its destination in America, and my friend has promised to relay it at the first available opportunity. Of course, that’s still about two weeks away, and will probably cost me another $50 on top of the $400 or so I paid for it.

This should be fun. I plan on messing with it for a while, then seeing if it will handle Ubuntu or Arch — I haven’t even checked if that’s possible though. It will probably be one of the fastest computers I own but I don’t know how practical it will be. Regardless, it will be cute! :)
