Time for some homegrown Fluxbuntu

The furor over the Fluxbuntu release seems to be dimming, since there’s no way of knowing now when it will be ready. I tried to get into #fluxbuntu but for some reason I keep getting disconnected from the Freenode server; that might be something related to my connection or my router or even my geographic location.

Either way, I’m not going to wait much longer. I’m going to build one up of my own, and see what I can come up with. I’m not a huge Fluxbox fan, but I want to mess around with it — and some other things — for a little while.

If I can get anything exciting in place, I’ll show it off. ;)
