Carn’t for the life of me find out how.

I’m using a 800Mhz Pentium3 1.1GB Ram and it just flys along way faster than Zenwalk which I find the most irritating distro for making one struggle to find codecs, Repo’s for Gslapt (that actually work) and the like.

I have an old laptop, a Toshiba Satellite 4030 CDT, 300mhz and about 128 Ram. I couldn’t get xorg.conf configured in Vector and the desktop was this tiny square in the middle. I’m now playing with Wolvix 1.1 after a disappointing Zenwalk experience.

All in all for complete out-of-the-box experience try SAM Linux 2007. It also uses XFCE4 with an attractive icon panel and bouncy icons alla OSX.

I’m thinking, now I’ve had a play with other distro’s (don’t you love having an old laptop around), of going back to SAM.
